I received a bachelor and master degree from the great Prairie View A&M University. Then, I retired from Brenham ISD in 2009 after serving the school children of Texas for over 40 years and several of those years as the Principal of Brenham Elementary. Also currently, I continue to support the education of our children by being a member of the Brenham School Board.
I have witnessed many events, but none compare to the flooding waters of 2016 which destroyed our church building. While I believed that God had a purpose and blessings awaiting, I never imagined the extent. I will continue my righteous walk with Jesus and focus on spreading the Gospel of Christ to as many people possible. Thank you Jesus!

I have a bachelor degree from the University of Houston and a master degree from Houston Baptist University. I served my country faithfully in the armed services during the Vietnam era.
I have been a member of GMBC for over 5 years and lived through the disaster of 2016 when our church was devastated in a 500 year rain storm. I am happy to be participating in the rebuilding of God’s church on a new location on hwy. 105.
My priorities are to serve the Lord humbly and faithfully in such a way to bring glory to His name. I’m privilege to teach Sunday school twice a month and enjoy it thoroughly. My life now is dedicated to God’s will and allowing the Holy Spirit to do wonders through my life and actions as an example for others. I have been truly blessed!
